Please use this thread to inform me of occasions when you believe an ICC On-line server is not responding. Each new version has got progressively more stable but occasionally the server does crash. If you can not access the server and normal Internet usage is working please post here. I will then update the thread once the server has been re-started. If there is already a post saying server is down please do not add an additional one.
